Project Application to BfdW (2016-2018)
ADATS submitted a 3 year Project Application to BfdW to support the final phase implementation of our 2009-19 Strategic Plan from January 2016 to December 2018.
This continuation project was refined with a slight shift in emphasis to address the current situation. In these 3 years, we will address 5 main problems:
- Coolie families are unable to fully access all State welfare and transfers
- Many Coolie women are unable to realise a person status within their families
- Subsistence agriculture cannot support Coolie families
- Very few Coolies take advantage of new economic opportunities
- New form of unity that preserves member participation not evolved by Coolie Sangha
The total project cost is € 853,200 and we request BfdW to please support us with € 652,600 (76%). The balance 24% will be contributed by the Coolie Sangha.
